The Software Group is an inter-university and inter-research organization working group, with the goal of pooling software needs from entities in higher education, research, and innovation. The National Software Unit is a department within the Ministry of Higher Education and Research, tasked with ensuring the functioning of the Software Group on administrative, organizational, legal, and economic levels.

The 2nd International Conference on Training, Industrial and Organizational Engineering will take place from November 7 to 9, 2023 at the Gamal Abdel Nasser University in Conakry, Republic of Guinea.

The main theme of the conference is "The Contribution of Industrial Engineering to Sustainable Development in Africa".
