PROJECT FEEDBACK WORKSHOP: AIFE MANAGES CHORUS DOCUMENTATION AND ASSOCIATED PROCESSES ON GOFAST COLLABORATIVE DIGITAL-WORKPLACE.
L'Agence pour l'Informatique Financière de l'Etat (In short: AIFE; In English: The Agency for State Financial IT) is the service with national competence in charge of the budgetary, financial and accounting information systems of the State. Its main missions, after the creation of Chorus (the IS common to all the participants of the financial management of the State), are to ensure its support, maintenance and evolution.
In order to optimize its document management, the AIFE wanted to acquire an easy-to-use DMS tool with collaborative features allowing it to store and manage the entire documentary repository of the Chorus IS.
GoFAST was installed OnPremise on the AIFE infrastructure in compliance with security and auditability requirements. Research and modeling of specific workflows corresponding to the AIFE processes have been carried out to achieve the objective of optimizing the management of the Chorus document repository.
This project is a good example of how an Open Source technology meets concrete business requirements while respecting security adapted to the strategic nature of this documentation. The GoFAST solution was also chosen for its Open Source technological bases, its ability to evolve over time according to user feedback, as well as the responsiveness of CEO-Vision's teams and management.

CoTer Numérique is an association law 1901, which brings together French local authorities, and addresses related issues to computing and communication. The Members are Cities, Communities (Urban, Agglomeration, and Communes), Intermunicipal Syndicates, Groupings of Communes, Departmental Councils, and Regional Councils.

CoTer is open to the world of territorial ICT and participates in the work of other networks (@pronet, Forum, etc.).

Members benefit free of charge from the experience of a DSIT network of Local Authorities (Cities, CGs, CRs, etc.) and connections with other networks (Adullact, AITF, @pronet, Cités+, Forum de la e- administration, La Lettre du Cadre, etc.), as well as the work of the annual working groups.
