The city of Caluire-et-Cuire is a French municipality located in the Lyon metropolis in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. Following a documentary audit, the city of Caluire-et-Cuire identified the obsolescence of its file server, resulting in issues with information retrieval and document management. The staff needed a modern and user-friendly solution to organize and collaborate efficiently. The implementation of GoFAST, a collaborative Digital Workplace, addressed these needs, resulting in time savings, improved information reliability, and increased connectivity with external services.
The selection of GoFAST as the DMS solution for the city of Caluire-et-Cuire was based on its modernity, user-friendly interface, and compatibility with the already utilized open-source software. This decision aims to facilitate the transition to a collaborative Digital Workplace that caters to the needs of the staff and addresses the organization's challenges effectively.
The migration to GoFAST has significantly optimized municipal services. Thanks to the collaborative DMS system and a well-structured document repository, the staff can work together on the same files while keeping a record of their modifications. This eliminates time wasted searching for scattered information. Moreover, external services such as nurseries and extracurricular services now have secure access to their dedicated space in GoFAST, promoting collaboration and enhancing efficiency.
