GoFAST 4.2: Release notes and news

We're delighted to announce the launch of version 4.2 of GoFAST.

This is a major release that brings fixes, improvements and a few new features, all based on user feedback !

Here are some of the changes you can expect to see in v4.2 :

New features :

• The "Title" metadata field can now be edited on the GoFAST side
• Possibility of adding a deadline to each task in the standard process.
• Ability to organise favourites in customisable, hierarchical folders
• Optional file naming rule based on metadata (category, date)
• New plugin for creating Jitsi web conferences directly from Outlook
• Possibility of previewing files in Autocad (DWG) format.

Improvements :

• Only Office updated to version 8.
• Reorganisation of the metadata block.
• Effective partitioning of workflow models.
• Improvement of the document statistics page
• Audit view with the same interface as directories
