Your user feedback and opinions are at the heart of our continuous improvement process for GoFAST Digital Workplace.
Thus, we are launching a call for contribution on online forums in order to develop three GoFAST functionalities.
Give your opinion and share your business issues regarding the following features:
RETENTION PERIOD MANAGEMENT
The Retention period allows pre-archiving documents with a scheduled deadline according to their category. Documents become read-only to ensure their compliance over the entire time and prepare them for final archiving. The retention period is now very restrictive and we want to improve its operation.
PUBLICATION MANAGEMENT
Publications are finished/validated documents that are generated from a so-called "working" document to share with colleagues only the PDF publication without sharing the exchanges and versions related to the working document. It is planned to modify the rights in order to manage publications and we need your opinions and feedback.
EVOLUTION OF THE STANDARD WORKFLOW
GoFAST has a standard Workflow that allows you to start verification, validation and signature processes on documents. A synchronization between the "status" of the documents (eg in progress, completed, validated, signed...) and the steps of the standard Workflow will be set up. We would like to have user reviews to validate which status should be linked to the standard workflow.
