MEETING ON 6 / 12 FOR A CONFERENCE "RESTITUTION OF EXPERIENCE":
GoFAST deployment project at the Belgian Federal Agency, the BTCCTB.
We wanted to present this project because it is a telling example of the digitalization process of an organization (1200 people), at all their hierarchical levels and in all aspects of their activity.
This project is global to the organization with an international deployment (more than 80% of civil workers outside the EU), heterogeneous users and the objective of promoting collaborative work and mobility.
Open Source is at the heart of the project, the EU and the Belgian government advocating the choice of Open Source for their administrations. It also allows you to imagine what the digital workspace of the future, already in place at the BTCCTB, will look like.
